My stay at the resort was a mixed bag. While the spa experience was absolutely fantastic with an amazing therapist, the initial check-in process was frustratingly long. I appreciated the friendly attitude of the staff, especially at the pool area where they made sure we had everything we needed. However, the atmosphere in the casino felt a bit tense, which took a toll on the overall enjoyment of the experience.
